I want to create a login page, once it is logged in it should display one more page based on the user logged in.

And in that page there should be a message option, the user can send the message only to those who had login ID in my web page. And there should be an Email option, in which the user can send an email conversation to any Email ID Interior as well as an exterior. Then it should have some 4 to 5 links options, in which I will attach the link into it, and I will give permission to view who are all is applicable to view the page links.

All the User Interface should be very Easy. it should not be complicated.
