Need to build a new website from scratch, using good framework, clean codes, zero bugs with some of details below :
1. Show all information about Institution's profile
2. The detail for each part and login area with a form that will be detailed later
3. After user choose the "part" for the Institution, This part using a chart and checkout, because one user can choose more than one "part" including the amount that he/she need to pay.
3. Show the bank account for user to transfer the money
4. Login for payment confirmation to get the auto increment numbers for each Institutions
5. Confirmation email for each transactions and confirmation to the user, Institution, administrator
6. Dashboard for administrator, Institution, User ; each role has a different function on dashboard
7. Report how many applied, checkout and paid
