Changes to existing php script

I'm looking to make changes to an existing php and mysql script that isn't working 100% properly.
Here's a list of some of the changes:
1) script displays correctly in Chrome and Safari but not in Firefox. It needs to be adjusted to make it work in Firefox but also display properly on mobile devices (fully responsive)
2) the script processes payments via stripe but a previous programmer made some adjustments to the database and these payments and thank you page aren't working properly
3) after the thank you page a confirmation email needs to be sent out but I isn't working properly.
Looking for someone with experience that can start right away and get the changes made asap.
