I have a wordpress site and need to create a popup that allows users to signup for newsletter. The pop up should show only first time visitors. After client enters email address and subscribes to newsletter, a secondary form should show asking for mailing information. The user can fill out mailing information if they choose to.
When the subscribe button is first clicked, the users' email is captured and stored in constant contacts DB using their API. After the email is captured, if user enters mailing address and submits that should update the record in constant contact that was just created.
This small plugin should be completed within 48 hours and is not a huge project. Only experienced professional need to apply. Thank you and happy bidding.
