Create a PHP Component (Command to receive the API Notifications and Before this, go to Change Order Status in Joomla Admin from API Notifications and send e-mail status to E-mail Client+ E-mail Admin Users)

1. In Joomla Admin, the PHP Command has to receive the API notifications and processing the commmand to change Order Status like "Waiting Payment/ Payment Concluded"

2. The componnent has to send two e-mails with this new status "Payment is OK!", one e-mail to cliente and other to admin users.
