Create a script / query to bulk update specific product url's in Magento 1

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a freelancer who is able to help me with a task for Magento 1.
I want to create a script / plugin that is able to bulk edit (find and replace) product url’s (based on storeview id and category id. Products that match those queries, the url will be updated.)
For example, when a product url is ‘’[login to view URL]’’ in the end you see the words ‘’card-postcard’’ I want to replace that with ‘’postcard’’. So the script / plugin must be able to find and replace words in the product url’s.
Maybe this is something that can be done in mysql query, that is up to you to choose what is the best solution.
We will work on a develop server first. When the script / plugin is working we will transfer it to the live server.
My maximum budget for this task is €50.
