Require a Wordpress template, clean Wp-Admin design with a custom top navigation menu.
Require a custom layout to display the wp-admin but without any wordpress admin menus on the side or on [login to view URL] should be no Admin navigation menu at all, just the body of the page, no Wordpress navigation menu or buttons at all.
Need a new navigation menu with custom buttons and links, along with the wordpress user photo on the right.
The background of the pages should be completely white, not grey like default.
If possible, this layout should be completely separate from the regular Wordpress admin layout and should not interfere with the default one.
The navigation menu should be editable, should be easy to edit or have have a page to edit the button names and menu coloring.
I am attaching an example of how the layout should look, using as example the Wordpress user section.
