Create a Wordpress Theme from HTML Template

I purchased a Bootstrap 3 HTML website template before deciding to build my website using Wordpress. I would like to convert it to a proper Wordpress theme with all possible available options. The website will be heavily customized, integrating WHMCS, a helpdesk and a few other things. The theme is 'Roker' by iwthemes - it is too large to attach here. I can send through email or Skype. I am looking for someone who is very comfortable creating wordpress themes. This is something i can do myself but i need a more advanced level with all possible wordpress options i.e. page template types etc. Thanks
