We are a company that offers automated multi-channel surveys and want an “interface” for a "click here for a live demo" button on our new web site ,to offer a demo of our various surveys and collect names, mobile telephone numbers and email addresses to trigger the demo’s. We also want their details to add to our prospect database.
The interface will export a web services string that includes the relevant data for our purposes, that we will provide, to trigger the survey, depending on which survey is chosen.
We will offer the surveys as a telephone callback, an email invitation or an sms survey and we want the recipient to choose which they require. The data they input will trigger our survey by sending us a web services "string" which we will define.
We also want an email and sms of the details of the demo recipient as well, sent via the same web services method.
In case of any drop-out, we want to be able to track each stage of the process following the pressing of the CTA button, so we can track if people drop out at any stage. Ideas welcome here.
We want an innovative and business like method of the web VISITOR to select which survey they want and leave their details. We have a home page Call-To-Action button but we want to route them to something innovative. Examples and suggested methods of achieving what we want would be required with the quote. Thanks.
