Develop Sales API using JSON REST -- 2

We have a simple php application based on MVC, which records sales, analyze them and generate sales reports. All we need is a Sales API which could create sales and add/subtract the products from the database inventory tables.
There are 3 main tasks:
1) Design/Specify JSON data format for REST API
2)Write the controller for sales API
3)Write a script to test API. pretending to be a point of sale system.
NOTE : Only apply to this if you know the in's and out's of PHP/JSON/MVC and SQLITE.
This task should not take more than 4 hours for someone who knows what they are doing .
We will send you the application files, which can be hosted on your local server using xampp.
Host it, Run it and tweak it. Also, you will have to let us know how exactly are you gonna make it and should be available to help if there are any questions in the future.
