We will need a website with a mysql database connected in the background to create a interactive order form for video content.
The frontend is purly user focus, the backend is kept fairly simple with adding new clips with datafields
The delivey will need to be a specific formated csv, an xml as well as the database entry to recreate an edit based on that.
Design and layout will be given as illustrator or any desired vector files or graphics
Code must be delivered at the end completely documented out for further inhouse develeopment or future feature requests
