Ecommerce website in magento with basic functionality

I want a simple ecommerce website on which product images, price and description can be uploaded and one can buy the product through credit card, debit card or net banking through payment gateway API.

Magento 1.9 gives all the feautures i needed on the website. I just want to have theming of the magento website according to my need like color, css or some styling of the pages layout and configuration of the magento site according to my need.

Configuration of the website means i want some category filter for eg. Eyeglasses category filters will be colors :red,blue etc and rimless, Halfrim, full rim etc. one can take example from lenskart.com.

I want all the basic functioanlity whcih should be in a ecommerce wesbite if something is missing in current magento 1.9 version.

After creation of the website, site should have higher ranking in the search of Google. it should come atleast on the first page of the google after searching from the keywords.
