Error when uploading image. Theme has some permissions errors.

Hello,
“drawn-coral-reef-under-sea-10 (1).jpg” has failed to upload.
The uploaded file could not be moved to uploads/2019/01.
When I try to upload an image via Wordpress Media Library I'm getting an error.
I copied this theme for a client who had installed the site on his wife's hosting server where he was not the main account. He was unable to do anything in backend.
I thought I was able to get it all fixed after moving, but can't even upload an image.
Need help right now to fix.

It could be the size of the images. If it is an HTTP error is the image size and resolution, that need to be compressed to a little bit of a small size.
