Event Website in Chinese (strict deadline)

Please see picture attached. Website must adhere to this strict template that I already have. It must look the same, the template is about 60 pages and there is a very strict deadline of 1 month with a 1 week deadline for certain parts of the website which I will inform you about. It will be an event website with the following features:
-Membership / Registration system (members can post new events, follow events, join events, message other members, etc.)
-Event page (showing how many people joined the event, how many are following, who joined, any comments, explanation of the event, similar events, recent activity, etc.)
-Page which lists the categories of different types of events
-List of events associated with every category after clicking on the type
-Several pages of text, company introductions, history, etc.
-Helpful if you understand how to allow website content to be shared on wechat, sina weibo, and qq
I will provide all files, pictures, text, etc. The website must look exactly like the the website in the materials that I supply. Please only serious bids only and please bid with your real price.
