Fix FaceBook sharing issue on Wordpress website

ATTENTION: Facebook sharing gurus!
We recently launched a new Wordpress website and are having issues when anyone share s using our FaceBook share buttons. The problem is that it shows the wrong FaceBook image thumbnail and also the same description on all the different shares. The issue only happens when a user is sharing via a mobile device / smart phone (android or iphone). Everything works perfectly on a PC, MAC, laptop, or computer. We have tested it on multiple laptops, PCs, and phones, with the same results.
Bottom line... we NEED this fixed ASAP. Please do not waste your time or mine if you do not have experience in this area. It seems like a simple fix, but we are not experts. Here is the URL: [login to view URL]
