For existing website ([url removed, login to view]) written in PHP and MySQL: Fix bugs (for example, sometimes user data doesn't get stored, and sometimes one variable stores as null - about a dozen small bugs are known), harden code (make secure), add between 10 & 20 questions to the existing set of questions (and add corresponding variables to the database), get it working on multiple platforms, including mobile platforms (currently doesn't work on iPad or MacBook, for example), improve appearance to look more modern and user friendly.
