Get & store every new youtube video that has a specific tag

I need a small php script that fetch & store link to every new youtube video that has a specific tag using the API or any reliable way. It will be run in a cron every hour . It shall be able to calculate the difference and store in a database (preferably sqlite, could be any ie mysql) only the new links.
