Help with Data Mapping Issue -- 2

I am having an issue trying to pull data from a third party app to pre-populate a form.

The the third party app provides Data Mapping options and includes options for renaming the variables and such.

In short we have subscribed to a service that provides an application for agents to fill out to get a quote. Once the application is filled out the agent gets available option that match the criteria of the application. The agent then chooses an option and is redirected to our website where they fill out a form to and submit it to us for follow up.

The goal is to pull some of the data that already filled out on the third party app and pre-populate our form with some of the data already filled out on the third party app.

I have requested support from the third party app and was advised:

"For your wrapper name, just to make sure it is URL safe, use underscores. So make the wrapper name xxx_xxxxx instead of Xxx Xxxxx.

Past that, I don't see anything wrong with what you're doing. It will hit your server and send over the variables with it. Do a var_dump instead of an echo and see what you get in the object. Send me over a log file or something that shows the contents of what are being sent.

Also, make sure that no url redirects are occurring where the parameters might be being lopped off.

I have all of this up and running in test development environment - but I am not getting anything.
