Install TIDY Extension or Compile TIDY Extension from Source code

Tidy extension is required to transform HTML to DOCX, PHP doesn't have an alternative to Tidy.

We were running Red Hat 6.10 and upgraded to 7.7. The issue is we were running TIDY EXTENSION for PHP and Red Hat 7.7 NO LONGER supports TIDY Extension.

We were using a software program called [login to view URL] to convert html to word doc but it requires TIDY Extension

PHPDOCX SAID:

We recommend install Tidy extension from an official or external repository (such as [login to view URL]) or to compile it from the source code.

We are looking for someone that knows how to solve this issue. If we download it from [login to view URL] what repository do we install it? How do we install it without adversely affecting our existing configuration. The other suggested solution was to compile it from the source code. We don't know if that is a better way to go?
