Integration of features and implementation - website and apps

I have full source code of website and apps. Plateform is like swiggy . Food ordering plateform from multiple restaurants.
I need 2 features integration in it -
1 feature- $100 fee for per year for every restaurant owners. They will also got msgs of expiring of fee from due date of end of year
2- minimum order featueres for the users. Users need to pay minimum amount order and it will be decided by restaurant ownera. Cart of order will not proceed if it will not cross restaurant minimum price threshhold. Example is given in attached image.
These are features to integrate in the system.
Next thing
Now you have to implement whole source code into the serve. Configuration and everything like apache SQL database etc.
I will also provide you the 3 apps source code - user app , restaurant app and driver app then you have to create apk of them.
Note points
You have to connect Apps rest api with websits. All apps and website must work properly . Apps and website is interconnected so you have to implement whole plateform.
