Need Joomla users to be able to have avatar. This needs to be a core component, not linked to 3rd party such as gravatar. Registered users need to be able to upload their own avatar in their user profile or choose from a built in gallery . Must work both directions with RokBridge, and show user avatars on phpbb3 also.
