The problems are:
if we have only one quantity left for a product then it adds to cart after clicking on place order we get : The requested quantity for item is not available (but we have one quantity available and all admin settings are good) and order did create in magento but no email to anyone.
The other one is our site broke last week and after fix admin is not working https, it looks weird (I think it should redirect to http)
