Magento ver. 1.9.2.2 Not Sending Emails

1) Customer gets notification from Magento saying order processing
2) Website owner does NOT get notification of order from Magento, only notification from Paypal
3) A week ago, they were receiving notification from Magento - but no longer.
Odd issue - ask me for the URL. I only have the Magento login though as admin not FTP.
