Maintaining and Developing Company Website and Company Software

We are a large Production Company, having offices in Australia, London and the USA. We have our own proprietary CRM, ERM, Booking and Company Websites and Software that we have developed over the years.
I am looking for an company or freelancers, who can manage, maintain and develop our company websites for an ongoing weekly contract. At the present moment I am using another company and due to the increase demand of the work they have not been able to fulfill the workload and therefore I am looking for a company who can manage the workload, in website development, management, programming, development and maintenance. Currently with the company we have a contract with we had an arrangement of 120 hours per week with a yearly remumeration $12,480 AUD, for the contract work. This is an ongoing monthly contract. Our software is written in PHP and symphony. I am looking for a reliable company with staff who would be able to handle the maintenance and development updates.
If you are interested, you will be required to sign a year contract and will need to work using our communication software and Project Management Software to ensure that all work is monitored and managed.
You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
The agreed yearly Contract Remuneration would be paid monthly into your nominated bank account in Australian Dollars.
