Make 6 edits to the Lens theme from Themeforest using the Lens Child Theme

I need some WordPress edits to a theme that is installed on my staging server.

Deadline Sunday March 13, 2016 @ 11:30pm EST. (This deadline MUST BE MET)
I have a lot of steady work and there will be more projects after this.
Here is a written list of the things I need done.
Please use the Lens Child Theme to create the following:
1. When hovering over image in the child theme, I would like the titles centered (see video where I reference Homepage 8) I want this to apply to all images in the video on the homepage.
2. I need the excerpts to appear on the hompeage whenever you hover over the image.
3. I need masonry style on the homepage.
4. Remove portfolio category from the homepage (likes have already been removed)
5. On When click on one of the homepage links, it takes you to a portfolio page. I need the all projects line removed and the project category removed where it's listed right under the homepage title.
6. On the about us page, please place an image (that I will provide to the right of the page. The widths seem to be set, so it looks like it needs to be done within the backend code.).
7. The site is otherwise fine the way it is, minus those edits so please no changes to the site other than what I've listed.
I cannot stress the importance of my deadline so please do not apply if you cannot apply a child theme and these edits by the deadline I've specified. Also, I am retaining someone hourly because after these changes are done, my client may or may not request more changes on Monday after I present this to him so I'll already have you set on hourly to invoice me for those last edit requests on Monday.
