Membership, Events and Payment on Wordpress

The client is a network of business minded individuals and already has a WordPress website.

We would like to integrate the following in summary:

1. Membership plugin

2. Events plugin

3. Payment module

With all interlinked the network runs premium and free events that members attend. In addition, members themselves create and invite other members to attend free or premium events.

The membership module should allow custom fields and administrators to approve profile changes and joining requests.

For events, the module should give feedback if an event is sold out.

The payment module should be integrated primarily with PayNow payment gateway.

1 - Membership / Member access (Timeline - 7 April 2017)

We would like to have individuals enter in their details to create a profile for approval into becoming a member for the network. Tabs Include:

1. Individual Name(s) – For Company Contact

2. Position in company,

3. Company Name

4. Registration Number and Registration Date

5. Line of business,

6. Years of operation,

7. Company / business website or Facebook page (form of online presence for checking),

8. Confirmation that the business is registered and duly constituted (Uploading company registration documents)

9. A space for the business profile to be added in brief.

Membership applications should be approved by the committee, once this is done the individual gets a system generated login credentials to their account.

Administrators should also be able to have an override facility to disable an account of a member should there be a need (Included in our T&C)

Member access allows member to upload and edit their business profile, schedule to host events, - but administrators must approve this update before it is published

2 - Events / Showcase / Promotions (Timeline - 7 April)

The network would like to be able to load FREE and PREMIUM events that clients should be able to pay to attend, promotions and showcases.

Members should also be able to load their own events so there has to be a Member Event tab, and a Network Event Tab (colour coded or titled Network / MEMBER with ability to put in event title too).

Promotions such as advertising flyers and showcases require their own separate tab too.

In essence we also should be able to have an ability to set up a maximum number of guests that the system sells ie if we can have an event where only 50 tickets are available then as soon as that is obtained on the site it automatically posts a sold out notification to prevent over subscription to small events.

3 - Payment & Booking (ASAP)

Here members should be able to book and pay for events, integration to be done with

1. PayNow facility (local to Zimbabwe and the priority).

2. PayPal

3. EFT

Booking tab for the events to collect the name of business, number of guests, contact details method of payment (preferably online) which gets sent to the 3 email accounts for the Network (will provide these details to you in due course).

4 – Administration

We would like to get back end notifications for the relevant areas to ensure we do the relevant work attached to the query.

• Membership & profiles updates etc notification goes to email 1

• Booking payment goes to email2

• Events, showcase, promotions to email 3
