The bot must create a referral link for the user and save the all users which enter in Telegram group and who added who, because the referral program is based in how much and who was added by the user who sent the invite.

I think this can be easy done by using NodeJS and maybe SQLite or Mongo (if performance is critical) i already have done some telegram bots not for this kind of usages but similar ideas
