Need help getting bulk eBay items listed

I need someone that is very very very familiar with eBay for this, so if you do not know anything about eBay go ahead and click the back button! Now that I have made that known, this job is to take current CSV files that we have as well as other information to build a CSV file or Excel to upload into eBay to bulk load our inventory. We currently do them 1 by 1 and honestly this is taking to long. I would like to do a bulk upload of some type to speed this process up. Please MESSAGE ME!!! I know I will get 50 people that message me and have not read this at all. I will IGNORE YOU 100% if you do not say "I HAVE READ ALL YOUR DETAILS" in the first 1-2 messages I get from you. Thanks for your time all who read this. Also this bid is for a test run of lets say 100 listings(the CSV file for me to upload the 100 listings into eBays File Exchange). If it works and is accurate I will hire you on full time. I have access to over 700,000 instock items and I would like them all listed. I also have a 10billion eBay listing limit...so the sky is the limit!
