I need a team of backend developers to work for me full time, if you're new to this platform or old, it doesn't matter, what matters is that you have good work ethics, will work full time and will deliver on the agreed upon timeline.
You and your team need to be proficient at backend development.
You will be working for me on a monthly basis and will receive a salary at the end of each month.
For the first month that we work together, since we both won't have a lot of trust in each other, i will create a milestone for the full amount, but that won't happen in the future and you'll receive your payment at the end of the month, and the milestone will also only be created after the first two weeks go smoothly.
