I am a Homeschooler coordinator/ Teacher.
I have an extensive resources and materials (PDF, FLV, SWF and PPT formats) to deliver to students in different locations. Internet access not required for delivery because most of the clients have no access.
Basically, i will need a File Access system that can point to the location of a specific file o the Hard Drive and also launch the file.
The system should also have the front end capability of including every book record in a simple searchable database and also having a preview pane for any selected book or resource as well as capability of branding the product for specific client.
