Template needs to be created for:
Each Event page will have the Event Fundraiser title / logo etc with an image slider featuring the actual type of ticket people are purchasing gun range, PB OR etc.
Description of what they are purchasing
Time Frame countdown & Goal of funds raised & How much raised so far
Purchasing:
Paintball, gun range, VR Gaming passes
Drop down menu with a choice of 6 or 12 passes.
Pay with Paypal –
Ability to show donor name or anonymous in the ‘who purchased’ feed
Social Media Share buttons
Email Marketing
Needs to be able to send a direct link for each fundraising event.
Automated email notifications –
Database of emails
City, fundraiser event, purchased which
Receipt of Goods –
After purchase: the purchaser will receive an email showing their purchase with a link to our site Log In to log in and print their PDF passes – OR – they can have it as an email with a ‘certificate used’
Vendor Use:
Vendor needs a Log In to site to show list or app to mark passes that have been used / redeemed.
Admin Use:
Simple drag & drop or select & edit templates.
Security Security
Site has to be impenetrable.
I need a app/program created integrated with the website that I can setup and send out a link to participants emails as well as text to phones where all they have to do is forward the text or email to there family and friends to participate by purchasing the fundraiser tickets.
