Open Cart CIM error and Upsell Opt In Form

We have an Open Cart 2.0 site that has been customized to work with [login to view URL] CIM and need the following work:
1. Fix CIM error that made CIM stop working
2. Setup Optin form we have to actually Process Order ( We already have Optin form setup and layout we want)
3. Setup upsell extension to make 2 more offers after sale is complete according to product sold. (already have extension)
I can explain each of these in more detail if you are interested. Please only bid if you have experience in Open Cart and have worked with CIM or payment processing extensions.
