Php script manipulate image: add a function to resize/move uploaded photo

Hi,

The script:
I have a php script that creates photo montages by adding custom user photo to frames. Now it works as following:
1) I prepared several png frames (each frame is a different effect)
2) user select effect and upload its photo
3) the script manipulate the image by adding uploaded photo into the frame
4) user can download the photo montage
What I need:
- after step 2) , after the custom photo is uploaded, the user should "move" its photo to better position it inside the frame. He should move right/left up/down its own photo, and only when ready proceed to step 3).
- now the script take the uploaded photo and put it inside the frame, with no choice to modify/move custom photo. Goal is give the option to move/resize its own photo before create the photo montage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: DON'T USE FLASH. The solution must be compatible with android/iphone , that no longer supports flash.
