1. We need a redesign in PHP with an admin panel to change text and pictures. We will want to keep the same photos and script but a much better and cleaner design. (LandingPage/Squeeze-page)
2. We will need a 3 part form with 50 fields which will attach to an auto responder email. We will also need a admin panel for this section with full customer software.
3. We will need an email auto responder which can auto load 10-15 email templates.
The customer will need to be able to come back/sign-in and update their fields when they get additional data and get a THANK YOU auto responder email.

2. The 3 Part form is a simply form that the customer fills out with information on the farm, ranch or land they wish to sell. EXAMPLES: First Name, Last Name, Farm Address, Number of Acres, Buildings, Mortgage Amount, Etc....
3. As we had discussed we will need you to create a custom email panel so that we can build email templates for auto responder emails. EXAMPLE: Once the customer completes the 3 part form, we will want to send them a thank you email, the next email 12 hours later will request a time to inspect the property Etc...
4. The customer will have a login where they can come back to the from to correct with new information as they get it.
We have 4 pages total on site. We need all 4 pages for SEO purposes. They will be simple pages but we will need them.
