Polygon zip code overlay and selection using MapBox

OVERLAY on MapBox a map that shows the shape file outline of all zip codes that allows a user to:
1.) see all the shape and it's borders
2.) click on a zip code shape and it becomes somehow highlighted or changes color or it outlines
3.) the corresponding zip code(a) for that shape are added to a Iist that appends with each click of a new shape.
I have a shapefile of zip codes
The project to be run with a Drupal backend.
It needs to run in CONJUNCTION with the custom tool already made for us. So the user chooses to either DRAW a polygon to select zip codes OR see an overlay of the zip codes shape file and click on them one at a time.
I need it to be delivered on the 6th.
My budget is $800 but if you deliver it finished and 100% working by the 6th I will pay $1,000
