Problem to Fix: Wordpress/Woocommerce Mailserver is sending certain E-Mails (with new order details) to our bike couriers very slow! (very often 1-2 hours late)

we need to fix this problem urgently and it´s not that easy i believe (one developer already failed on fixing it):
My website is [login to view URL] and we deliver food from restaurants by bike (same as ubereats, foodora etc.) and we get 100-200 orders per day.
When an order income, our bikers get an email with following information: "restaurant name, customer details, order details" - so they know what food is to deliver from where to where.
The Problem: This E-Mail (and ONLY this emails) arrive often very slow (most of the time 5-200 minutes late) and we need to get this emails instantly.
please read carefully, before sending me an request with price - i thought about 30-40€ as it can be fixed in 2 hours, if you know what to do.
