I need help designing a c++ program for a restaurant ordering system. The program should display the items sold at the restaurant prices, let the customer specify how many items off the menu they want with a maximum of three items off the menu. the customer can order as many as each item as they like. The program should get the order from the customer, calculate the final total, including tax (take 6% of the total) then print a receipt to an output file called "[login to view URL]". the receipt should contain the list of items ordered, amount of each item, the price of each item, tax for the order. The project must contain at least for functions, a display menu with at least five menu items and a welcome line. a function that handles one item off the menu, a function that handles two items off the menu, and a function that handles 3 items off the menu. Formating can be done using cout functions of special commands (like /n, /t, /b). the only parameter is that you can not use any while statements, if and switch statements only
