We have an existing database program that manages our delivery scheduling, invoicing, courtesy SMS , POS photos. It was originally written/created purely for use within our company. It currently uses MSQL and PHP.

We wish to explore the option/possibility of taking the program to a commercial retail level.

As such we require a front end scope document identifying the recommended items below to suit our requirements. This scope is required to provide as a minimum, enough detail so developers can accurately quote, including several pros/cons for each item recommended below:

1. Hardware options/recomendations for hosting

2. Software/coding options/recomendations to operate (must include a maintanence component)

3. Time/costing within 20% to develop ready for commercial release

4. Scalability

5. Security

6. any other item deemed relevant.
