Preciso de um proxy feito em PHP que deve se conectar a um servidor shoutcast e retransmitir o áudio. Várias empresas do ramo de streaming já possuem esta aplicação feita em PHP.

Este link da para ser aberto no android, media player, navegador(aparece o player padrão do navegador chrome), etc...
