2) We need to write a script to read records from a file (text or csv
- whatever is easiest), enter each record from the file into the form below and continue the process until all the records in the file are added.
3) Note one unusual field is the country field. That is a drop down and I'm not sure how to handle that. Give me 2 options. One with your suggestion on how to process the country field as well and one where when on that field, you just enter "U" which enters the United States.
