Repair double repair charge, shopping cart

1. I am getting several transactions that seem to be charging people multiple times. They tell me that it the transaction seems to get suspended on the point of sale, so they run it again.





2. I get this error on occasion after I add an item to the shopping cart, sometimes it will not add an item to the shopping cart. I just had a gentleman that told me he could not add anything to his card.

Here is the error I receive:

3. I think the data base has acquired a lot of junk, so perhaps you can clean it up a bit and make it run a little crisper?
