I have an android and IOS app with USER side app and an ADMIN side App to manage the User app. I have got the webservices developed. I want to update my existing android app to these newly developed features. Please provide me reasonable quote. What I want in my apps is listed below:
User side App:

- Multiple Users can post/edit/delete comments to the ad shown
Show Package Dropdown fields
Admin App

Show email id, below phone number
Show Image upload button and text box for URL link
Show comments list tab with all comments+user [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
Admin can Delete user comments also.
