Update Old PHP5.2 script to PHP7.1+ (10 year old script)

I have a copy of an old script that used to run on PHP5.2 (I think that was the min requirement). It hasn't been touched in about 10 years. I need it to be updated to be able to run on PHP7.1+
You will need to work it from the install script all the way to make sure all functions work as designed in the original script. There is 112 *.php files in the script, I don't know if all of them will need to be modified or maybe just 10 files.
In the end I will test it, and make sure all functions are working as designed prior to releasing milestone payment.
