I need to upgrade a custom checkout, actually working on a OpenCart store version 1.5.4.6 to a 2.0.1.0 store.

Some key features:

- Hide bank transfer information. When payment is via bank transfer, the user reveive instructions via email

- When payment via Stripe PRO (already installed) yes, the payment block appears to add the credit card.

- Mobile friendly very important

I provide a screenshot with the required structure, but use the bootstrap style for buttons and panels.
