The goal of Homewell is to make buying and selling homes a more enjoyable and immersive experience. Homewell is different than other real estate platforms because it offers potential buyers/sellers/realtors more information and features that makes the process of buying and selling a home interesting and fun, rather than dry and boring. Homewell addresses moving factors that other platforms don't and provides additional resources that provide more value to homes and communities. There is more to a home than the actual structure people live in. Homewell hopes to define what "home" truly means to people.
Homewell is a real estate listing and discovery platform that’s more transparent and offers better collaborative, communicative, and social tools. Other listing platforms focus solely on listings with standard features and listing data. Homewell will offer features and tools that will allow users to have a more immersive experience with listings, make the surrounding communities more discoverable, and concentrate on moving factors that buyers truly care about. Homewell is for everyone, however, its target market are home buyers, sellers, and realtors. Homewell adds separate value for each target market. For buyers, it provides more in-depth and enjoyable resources that will help them make their decision easier. For sellers, the same resources offer greater exposure and value for the home once its on the market. For realtors, these resources provide them the opportunity to market their listings inexpensively and creatively, which will help them meet their clients needs more efficiently.
Homewell needs to be built from the ground up. It needs a solid foundation with an MVP to start. This all begins with a solid team to throw ideas back and forth, build upon existing ones, and work efficiently and productively. The most important thing is we have to believe in the product.
