Web Scraper to Gather Google Data

Need a web scraper that does the following:
1) searches google for a given search term and gather all search result titles
2) using the results from step 1: search on the business name + city in google to see if the term "Ripoff Report" is found on the first page of search results
3) create a .csv file with the results
Example:
a) scraper searches for example term: "ripoff report carpet cleaner detroit"
b) using example title result from step a: "Ripoff Report | Metropolitan Carpet Cleaning Complaint Review"
c) parse above step b to obtain the business name: "Metropolitan Carpet Cleaning detroit"
d) obtain search results position where the Rip Off Report was seen
e) enter results of above step d into a .csv file
d) when complete [login to view URL] as a download
.csv file should be named [login to view URL]
.csv file needs 3 columns: Business Name | Search position
The project can be a browser plugin or a script.
If script, php is preferred (but not required).
If script, the script to be run like: [login to view URL]
