Windows Desktop Bridge Installation XML script

Our windows application uses an InnoSetup install script. In that respect it works perfectly. We want to add our product to the Windows Store which requires a different install script using something known as an XML Windows Desktop Bridge file. I need a developer who is familiar with this process and can convert our existing [login to view URL] script to the Windows Desktop Bridge equivalent.
The existing iss is "nothing fancy" and will be provided to the shortlisted candidates before committing to a final price.
Existing experience with the Windows Store submission process will be considered useful.
