Wordpress developer to fix a blog that is not working

Hi there.
I have a Wordpress blog working for more than 5 years hosting in a shared host, then due to high traffic i moved into a VPS requesting the transfer of the site.
But now i access to my site and is not working, it only downloads a file, so i don't know how this happen and my hosting company doesn't know what is happening.
They recommend me a Developer, so i'm asking if there's anyone that can fix this ASAP it will be great.
I'll pay a max of US$50 when the work is done. I think this is fast to fix.

This is a simple fix however it may consume some hours to find the specific function portion which is forcing file download instead of exicution
