Professional WordPress developer wanted on a project-by-project basis for an innovative, fast-growing group of companies.
Primary Selection Criteria (must-have's)
+ Proven WordPress design, development, install & debugging specialist with at least 5 years proven experience &/or 100 major complex commercial projects complete with over 95% top-rated positive customer feedback (mandatory).
+ Proven ability to deliver multiple, complex/dynamic WordPress development projects on-time, hassle-free, stress tested and 100% bug-free. Advanced PHP, Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 skills will be critical for a number of our more complex site builds (mandatory).
+ Proven ability to install & optimize numerous commonly used WordPress plugins (mandatory).
+ Able to provide contact details of 3 legitimate, repeat Western customers verifying your superior level of customer service and technical ability in developing complex, commercially-focused WordPress sites that work (mandatory).
+ Skype user + exceptional grasp of the English language (mandatory, but English does not need to be your 1st language).
+ High speed, reliable internet connection + reliable electricity supply (mandatory).
Secondary Selection Criteria (for bonus points)
+ WordPress theme installation & customization experience (ideal but not mandatory).
+ On-site SEO advanced skills & experience with GA proof (ideal but not mandatory).
+ Google Analytics establishment, monitoring & conversion funnel optimization with proof (ideal but not mandatory).
+ eCommerce portals &/or paid membership site establishment experience (ideal but not mandatory).

This is a project-based role i.e. clear project brief = fixed price quote = completed quality project. We want a passionate, entrepreneurially minded, world-class WordPress expert to join our team that has serious chutzpah, is self-directing and punches out eye-popping, jaw-dropping, result-producing sites that Steve Jobs would have loved. BTW - prove you are the rock-star developer we are searching for and we have plenty more sites in our development pipeline (a bunch of interesting single page, multi-page and heavily custom sites).
