I am looking for an OTA (online travel agent) software similar to an Agoda, [login to view URL] etc but specifically for the smaller but growing guest house market...initially for the UK but then Europe and later on Worldwide. Its not competing with the normal OTA's or in the Airbnb market. It will require a simple booking engine at the start also. It needs to be simple to use by potential guests and easy to load for the guest hohses. I envisage you using simple proven "core" software, if necessary, and use your skills to tailor it to our specific needs. Payment can be agreed in stages upon evidence of progress.

Email booking alert
Xtranet/dashboard to allow easy upload of descriptions, phots, prices etc of rooms by guest house owners also section where bookings can be accessed by date of booking, arrival andcancellation plus ability to print
Review section for guests
Email between OTA and guest house
Basic website template for each guest house
Monthly invoicing capability
Simplicity is the 100% requirement of this OTA package - no jargon, absolute ease of use, etc - 70% plus of the guest market is 50 years old and upwards!
This is not a management system like eviivo, small hotelier etc
